CAFECIALISTA arises from the conceptual interplay between coffee and specialization in this product, reflecting knowledge, origin, and bean selection. More than just offering a product, the brand aims to provide an experience that connects consumers with the coffee's origin, promoting transparency in its provenance and respect for the producer´s labour and the bean's natural characteristics too.
An anecdote I'd like to share here, and one that is always a source of inspiration in my work, is what a basket weaver in Colombia once told me after I bought one of his art pieces. He lived in a remote mountain village and told me: "I haven't traveled much in my life, perhaps, but my baskets have traveled very far thanks to people like you. In a way, my soul travels with them." This is the pride I want many of our farmers in my country to feel, knowing that their coffee beans have made such a long journey to be appreciated for their full value around the world.

Our roasting, which ranges from light to medium-high depending on the variety, remarks the quality of our coffee instead of hiding defects resulting from improper harvesting or a poor selection process, as is a common case with commodity coffee.

We want to offer you the opportunity to discover the incredible versatility of flavors, aromas, and fragrances of Colombian Specialty Coffee. Each cup also reflects the experience and knowledge of the coffee grower throughout the entire process, from harvesting to drying the beans.
By offering blends of a maximum of two varieties, we not only strive to maintain a high level of quality but also guarantee that each cup proudly represents its unique origin and the singular characteristics of its coffee variety. Perhaps the word "price" isn't quite right to describe the sum of the value contributed by each link in CAFECIALISTA’s production and logistic chain.
We prefer to speak of "value" as recognition of the commitment and work of our coffee farmers and commercial partners. This value must also, in some way, compensate environmentally and economically for the resources we have used in the production and transportation of these goods to their final destination. Through direct trade and by remunerating the value set by the producer, we support their autonomy.
Proper roasting also enhances the value of the product. That's why we emphasize this aspect when offering our products. We work with regional roasters in Germany with whom we share not only the same ethical values but also the goal of highlighting the quality of each bean by carefully roasting them.
